Ingredients 2 Potatoes (diced) 1 head Cauliflower (chopped) ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Curry Powder ¼ teaspoon ground Dried Coriander 1 cup frozen Peas Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

In a medium pot boil the cauliflower and potatoes until tender Drain the cauli and potatoes Add all the ingredients into an oven safe dish and broil until the top browns and crisps, about 5-10 minutes Serve up and enjoy!!
