Ingredients
1 medium cabbage, sliced or coarsely chopped
4 oz butter (1 stick)
salt
fresh ground pepper
Instructions
1. In a large covered skillet melt butter.
2. Add a generous pinch of salt.
3. Add sliced cabbage.
4. Saute over med heat until cabbage is tender.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
