Chocolate Chia Pudding from Melc's Recipes

Next time I think I might add some orange rind. Might make it a bit yummy

Ingredients

1/4 cup of chia seeds tin of coconut milk 1 tbsp cacao 2 tbsp coconut 2 tbsp maple syrup tbsp nut butter

Instructions

Whizz all ingredients in a food processor, smoothie maker or blender. I find this the easiest way so you don't get clumps of chia seeds. Once it is all mixed up put in jars and then pop in the fridge overnight. Serves 2
