Shrimp Fried Rice from Meh2uq's Recipes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

Shrimp 2 cups short grain sushi rice 3 eggs Green onions Quarter of sweet onion chopped Minced/chopped garlic (1/2 tsp to 1 tsp) Soy Sauce Chicken Broth Butter Bacon Grease (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to instructions, set aside 2. Cook shrimp in butter in skillet, set aside 3. Heat bacon grease or butter over medium high heat 4. Toss sweet onion and garlic and saute' 5. Crack eggs in skillet and break yolk, break into pieces 6. Toss in half green onion 7. Pour in rice and shrimp and add more butter 8. Add soy sauce and chicken broth 9. Add rest of green onions
