German side cold cucumber salad

I got this recipe from a German guy. He made it and it tasted nice!
Ingredients
Sour cream, 1 cup
Dill (eneldo), 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Cucumber, 1 aprox 25 cm
Pepper
Salt
Sugar, 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Peel the cucumber and make very slim slides, aprox 5 to 10 cm long.
Mix all in a pot, keep in the fridge for some time.
