Skinny Cookie Dough Dip from Lct6494's Recipes
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

1.5 cups of drained and rinsed chickpeas (or white beans) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2-4 tablespoons nut butter • pinch salt • pinch baking soda • 4-6 tablespoons sweetener of choice • 2 tablespoons oats (optional) • 2-4 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

> blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a processor, if the dough is too thick you may try adding a tablespoon or two of milk of choice —> Blend until smooth and well combined, then stir in the chocolate chips —> Serve with fruit, crackers, etc
