Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flours 1 tbsp baking powder 1 cup rolled oats 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup milk 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

Heat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar and baking powder; mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil, egg and vanilla; blend well. Add to dry ingredients, stir until moistened. Don't overmix. Gently stir in blueberries and strawberries. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle batter with 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar. Bake 18-20 mins.
