8oz crawfish tailmeat
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 toe of garlic, diced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
Instructions
Serve over rice.
