Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sesame oil
4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (Kikkoman Lite)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
dash of pepper

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes 1 cup. Serving size: 2 tbsp
