Copied from mom's recipe book.
This makes a good meal served with rice -
Crescent dinner rolls - pear salad - and vegetable
Like peas or green beans. A family favorite!
Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
1 Sm can of evaporated milk
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup flour + salt & pepper
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Can of milk
Instructions
Marinate chicken breast in canned milk - 30 min to
Overnight.
Heat oven - 350°
Melt butter in baking dish
Dredge both sides of chicken breast in flour -salt &
Pepper mixture
Place chicken breast in butter - bake 30 min.
Mix milk & soup together -
Take chicken out of oven - turn over - pour soup
Mixture around & over chicken - Bake 30 more minutes-
Until bubbly -
