Skipped the caraway seeds because I couldn't find any, but it turned out great. I might dial back the sugar next time.
Ingredients
5 cups shredded coleslaw mix or 1 8-ounce bag
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Toss the coleslaw mix and red onion with the canola oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, caraway seeds, celery seed, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
