Overnight Oats from Kira's Recipes

Notes

This makes enough for 2 days (for me), so about a half cup serving? Top with fruit, nuts, whatever sounds good. Variations: Apple Pie oats - add 1tsp cinnamon when mixing, then top with microwaved Apple slices the next day.

Ingredients

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats 2/3 cup Silk Protein nut milk pinch of salt 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Close and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) before eating.
