Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 tbsp. hot water
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. bag chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
