Ingredients

For the Bread Bake: 6 Slices of Bread 6 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup 3-4 Shakes of Salt 1 tsp of Vanilla 3 Large Apples, Peeled and Thinly Sliced 2 tsp of Cinnamon 1 tsp of Nutmeg For the Brandy Cream Sauce: 1 Cup of Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp of Brandy 1 tsp of Vanilla

Instructions

Grab a 9x13 pan and line it with your bread. Take any extra and stuff it into the corners and edges so your entire bottom is covered. Now, in a small saute pan, add in your butter, brown sugar, syrup, vanilla, and salt. Turn the heat up to medium and let it cook until all the ingredients melt together. Lay the apples over the top of the bread and pour the caramel over the top. Finally sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples. Place your assembled dish into an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add all the cream sauce ingredients into your pot. Turn the heat up to medium and cook it until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve a few spoonfuls of the cream sauce along side the bread bake
