1 16oz bag Trader Joe's fire roasted sweet corn 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro or more to taste 1 Tsp chopped jalapeño or more to taste 1/2 Tsp cumin or more to taste 1/2 Tsp chili powder or more to taste 1 can diced chilis 2-3 Tsp lime juice or more to taste Optional salt and pepper to taste.

In a pan get 1/2 C water Boiling. Add the bag of corn. When the corn is done and hot throughout, add the remaining ingredients, mix and heat through.. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.
