Notes: Add Nutritional yeast for more of a "cheese" flavor or vegan cheese
Add seasonings to taste

Ingredients
Spinach
Cashews
Diced Tomatoes
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Dairy Free Original Yogurt
Pink Himalayan Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
(Vegan Cheese Optional)
Instructions
1. Soak Cashews in water overnight
2. Put cashews in food processor until smooth, place in a pot with almond milk, yogurt, and seasonings. Stir until smooth and blended
3. Wilt spinach in microwave.
4. Combine spinach, cashew mixture, and tomatoes in a pan to bake.
5. Bake until warm/hot
