Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
2 T. Horseradish, squeezed of moisture
2 tsp. Tobasco
2 tsp. Worchestershire
1/2 tsp. Celery seed
8 small pepperoncini plus 1 T. Brine
3 cups tomato juice
3/4 cup vodka
1 seedless cucumber, cut into sticks
Celery salt
Instructions
In large measuring cup or pitcher, combine lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, worcestershire, celery seed, pepperoncini brine, and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Stir in tomato juice and vodka.
Rub rims of glasses with lemon wedge and dip in celery salt. Serve over ice with cucumber sticks, pepperoncini, and lemon wedges.
