LC Parmesan Egg in a Hole from Gweneris's Recipes

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayo 3 T. Parmesan, freshly grated 6 slices bread 6 large eggs

Instructions

In bowl combine mayo and parm then spread on both sides of all bread slices. Cut 3 inch round from center of each bread slice. Heat large skillet on medium. Cook break until golden on one side, 1 to 2 mns. Flip and immediately crack egg into hole. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low, partially cover pan and cook until eggs are set, 3 to 4 mns. Cook bread centers until golden, 1 to 2 mns per side. Serve with hot sauce.
