Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops (4 oz. each)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. butter
2 T. all purpose flour
1 cup fat free milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
2 T. grated onion
3 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions
Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chops in butter over medium heat until meat juices run clear, remove and keep warm.
Combine flour and milk until smooth, stir into pan. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat through. Serve with chops.
