LC Chocolate Chia Pudding from Gweneris's Recipes

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup milk 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt 3 T. honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chia seeds 3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together. Divide into 4 half pint jars, cover, and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with fruit, nuts, or granola topping.
