1 T. sugar
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. Asian chili-garlic sauce
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 16. oz. package tri-color coleslaw mix
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
