Ingredients
                
                1 cup (25g) old-fashioned oats
2 cups (120g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup (60mL) nonfat milk
1 cup (35g) cherries, diced (fresh or frozen and thawed)
2 tablespoons plus 2 tsp. Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Combine all of the ingredients and pour into 3 mason jars or Tupperware containers. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Will keep for 4 days if covered and stored in fridge.
