Ingredients
16 oz. aged, sharp cheddar, shredded
8 oz. jar pimientos, drained
1/2 cup mayo
2 T. finely chopped sweet onion
2 mild bottled banana peppers, finely chopped
pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients.
