2 lb boneless pork chops
1 cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Instructions
Place pork chops in a 6- to 7-quart slow cooker.
Whisk together barbecue sauce, honey,
vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a medium bowl;
pour over pork chops, turning to coat. Cover
and cook on Low 6 hours or until pork chops
are tender.
