Ingredients
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 pkg. cheesecake instant pudding
8 oz. tub whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup sliced almonds
shortbread pie crust
Instructions
Beat milk, extract, pudding mixes and 1/2 of tub of whipped topping with wire whisk for 1 minute. Sprinkle 1/4 cup almonds onto bottom of crust. Spread pudding mix over almonds then spread remaining topping over pudding in crust. Garnish with remaining almonds and refrigerate.
