Ingredients
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin
6 chicken breasts
1 med green pepper, cut in strips
1 med red pepper, cut in strips
1 med onion, halved and sliced
1 tbsp. canola oil
Instructions
Combine the seasonings; sprinkle over chicken and set aside. In a sm bowl, toss peppers and onions with oil; transfer to a grill wok or basket.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Place chicken and veggies on grill. Grill, covered over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170.
