Cream of mushroom soup works fine too.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
7 oz. can diced green chiles
1 small can chopped olives
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese - grated
3/4 lb. Jack cheese - grated
1 onion - grated
1 dozen flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Mix soup, olives, chiles, onion, sour cream, half each of cheeses.
2. Set aside about 1/3 of this mixture. (This is to spread on top).
3. Now to the rest of the mixture add the chicken cubes and fill each tortilla placing them in a row in a greased 9x13 dish. This makes 2 dishes.
4. Spread the rest of the mixture on top and sprinkle the cheese on top of the mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
