Ingredients

12 oz shredded cheddar cheese 32 oz frozen hash browns 1 medium onion, diced 16 oz sour cream 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper

Stir all ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan Bake at 350 for 1 hour
