Ingredients
1 lb. Elbows Pasta
4 devil eggs
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. bell pepper
1/2 cup cube pickles
3 med. diced tomatoes
1/2 cup olives
1 grated carrot
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayo.
1 tsp. mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb. salad srimp (opt.)
Instructions
Mix all together and ref. 4 hours before serving. Will keep several days in ref.
