Ingredients
1 cup quick grits (cooked)
4 eggs (beaten)
1 lb. sausage (cooked)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine (melted)
Instructions
Cook grits according to package directions, and set aside to cool. Brown sausage and drain off excess grease. Combine eggs, milk and butter. Stir into grits. Combine grits mixture with sausage and half of cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 in. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
