Ingredients
1 c evaporated milk
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c miniature marshmallows
1/4 t salt
1 qt vanilla ice cream
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 package oreo cookies
1/4 c butter
Instructions
Place milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows and salt in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until melted and thickened @ 10 minutes. Cool. Mix oreo cookies and butter in food processor. Place 1/2 of cookie mixture in 8" square pan. Press firmly in place. Spoon 1/2 the ice cream onto crust and cover with 1/2 the chocolate mixture and nuts. repeat. Freeze until ready to serve. Soften 10 minutes before serving.
