Sliced zucchini
Mushrooms
Red pepper sliced
Dry Italian salad dressing
Evoo

Shaved Parmesan
Instructions
Mix the top ingredients and saute until crisp-tender. Turn burner off and add the herbs. Top with the parmesan and leave until cheese melted.
