Oil and Vinegar Dressing for Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c white wine or rice vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1-2 heads cabbage, shredded
shredded carrots
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage and carrots.
