Ingredients
                
                1 lb ground meat (I used 94% lean)
4 ounces sweet Italian sausage
3 slices white bread soaked in milk until softened (I used Coletteās bread)
3 eggs slightly beaten 
1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Italian parsley finely chopped 
2 gloves garlic
1 T oregano 
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
Salt and pepper (I just guessed)
1/2 cup olive oil for cooking
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Mix, form into balls, brown in a skillet in hot olive oil. Drain and put into marinara sauce.  FYI, because I combined two recipes, the spices were estimates. You can modify to your personal taste.
