1 egg
potato flakes
seasonings of choice
grated parmesan
Instructions
Parmesan halibut
Dredge halibut in egg (I use egg whites) coat in potato flakes mixed with seasonings of choice (I used lemon pepper, onion salt and Italian spice mix). Top with fresh grated Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
