Zucchini Pie

Notes
Can bake in 13x9" pan and cut in small squares as appetizers.
Ingredients
2 c shredded zucchini
1/2 shredded onion
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c bisquick
1/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c chunk cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
dash of oregano
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pie pan. Bake 350 for 45 minutes until done in center and top is brown and crusty.
