Ingredients
Raw shrimp
EVOO
fresh garlic, minced
1 can rotel tomatoes (mild)
1/2 bag fresh spinach
S&P
angel hair pasta
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Saute shrimp in evoo until almost done. Add the garlic and spinach and cook @ 1 min. Add rotel tomatoes and heat. S&p as needed.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
