Ingredients
1 lb brie cheese with rind removed, cube
6 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut in cubes
1 c snipped fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c evoo
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
green and red leaf lettuce
Instructions
Combine the cheese and tomatoes. Mix the basil, garlic, evoo, s&p for marinade. Pour over cheese and tomatoes, cover and let stand at room temp for at least 2 hrs. Chill and serve on greens.
