Ingredients
1/2 c evoo
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 c fresh basil, chopped
1 T green or red pepper, minced
bowtie or favorite pasta
3/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Instructions
Mix 'pesto' ingredients in a jar, and set aside (the longer the better). Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Toss in pesto. Add parmesan cheese and toss well.
