Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
2 T fresh basil, chopped
2 T fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T evoo
8 oz angel hair pasta
2 C small broccoli florets
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 2T evoo. Add pasta and cook until almost tender, about 3 min. Add broccoli and cook 1 min. Drain; transfer to a large serving bowl. Mix butter and herbs thoroughly. Add butter to pasta and toss well to coat. Season with S&P. Serve with parmesan cheese.
