Weekend Brunch Casserole from Cpeirson's Recipes

Ingredients

1 8oz crescent rolls 1 lb Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll 2 c shredded cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c milk 1/4 t salt 1/8 t black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425. Crumble and cook sausage until browned; drain. Line bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish with crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in a med bowl until blended; pour over sausage. Bake 15 min or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
