Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 qt chopped fresh spinach
1.2 c chopped celery
1 T chopped onion
3/4 c diced cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t vinegar
1/2 t Tabasco
1 c mayo
Instructions
In a large bowl add spinach, celery, onion and cheese. Combine salt, Tabasco, vinegar, and mayo. Mix well. Fold gently into spinach. Garnish with eggs.
