Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2/c milk
3/4 c bisquick
3 eggs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Grease a 10" pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in seasonings and spread in pie plate. Beat milk, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie. Bake 25 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, until a knife inserted into center is clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
