Ingredients
1/3 c flour
2 1/2 c shredded coconut
1/8 t salt
2/3 c sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet. Mix flour, coconut and salt together in a bowl. Pour in condensed milk and vanilla; mix to make a thick batter. Drop by quarter cupfuls (I used a melon baller for bite-sized cookies - be sure to dip into water before each scoop) onto cookie sheet allowing an inch between each cookie. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
