Ingredients
Salad:
1 package broccoli slaw
1 c salted cashews
1 c toasted sunflower seeds
2 packages Top Ramen Noodles (noodles are optional)
1/3 c chopped chives or green onions
1/2 c red bell pepper
1 c peapods (or sugarsnaps)
Dressing:
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/2 c sugar
2 packages flovoring from Top Ramen Noodles (beef, spicy shrimp or chicken)
Instructions
Mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad right before serving and toss to mix.
