Ingredients
1 1/2 c water
1 c long grain rice
1/2 t kosher salt
2 c finely chopped brocolli florettes
2 thinly sliced scallions
2 T toasted sesame seeds
1 t toasted sesame oil
Instructions
In med saucepan, combine rice, water and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir once, heat to low, cover, and simmer 12 min. Sprinkle with brocolli and cook 5 min more. Fluff with fork and fold in scallions, sesame seeds and oil before serving. Serves 6.
