Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 low fat mayo
4 oz low fat cream cheese (room temp)
3 T sliced jarred pimentos
2 T grated onion
S&P to taste
Saltines or Triscuits
Instructions
In food processor, puree all wet ingredients until smooth. Season to taste and serve with crackers.
