Ingredients
2 12oz bags of fresh cranberries (6 c)
2 c apple cider
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t fresh cloves
1/4 t freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 t ground cardamon
Instructions
In large saucepan, combine the cranberries and apple cider with the spices and bring to a boil. Cook over moderately high leat, coarsly mashing the cranberries, until the suace is soft and jam-like, about 5-10 minutes. Serve warm, at room temp or chilled.
