Ingredients
1 pkg cold pack blue cheese
4 T sour cream
1/2 c EVOO
1 T white wine vinegar
dash worcheshire sauce
s&p to taste
iceberg wedges, romaine leaves or endive leaves
crumbled bacon
chopped tomatoes
Instructions
Fork blue cheese into bowl, leaving lumpy. Add sour cream and mix well. Add olive oil, vinegar and s&p and mix well.
Serve over lettuce and top with tomatoes and bacon.
