Ingredients
                
                1 deep dish frozen pie shell
1 5oz can of crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 c (4oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese
3 T flour
1 1/2 c milk
5 eggs
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t nutmeg
1 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Heat oven to 425 and pre-heat cookie sheet.  Toss the cheese with flour.  Combine milk, eggs, s&p, and nutmeg.  Add crab, cheese mixture and spinach to milk mixture.  Pour into pie shell .  Bake on heated cookie sheet for 15 min.  Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 35 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
